Hi, my name is Syafrin Djohan, and I live in Indonesia. I am a vegetarian since 11 years ago, and will continue to be. Right now, at this very moment, there are meat on sold in the market anywhere in the world, and it doesn't make any sense at all seeing people do not even notice any moral nor religious issue here.
Every year, millions of animals are sacrificed for this body of human. And even the professions that deal with loving kindness such as social workers, religious figures, seem to wanting no part of this unpopular undertaking.
We are left with a bunch of so called unpopular groups, trying to advocate a thing which others think a natural behavior.
Every day is a good time to start the program to educate and encourage people to start thinking about this direction. And I start mine.
